Don Perrin

Don used to be a Canadian. Now, he’s trying to figure out why Dave Gross is trying to be! He’s lived in Wisconsin for the last decade. He publishes a magazine, MWAN Magazine, and runs a miniatures company, True North Miniatures.

Don served ten years in the Canadian Army, first graduating with a degree in Mathematics & Physics from the Royal Military College, then serving in Engineering posts in Montreal and Ottawa. His last assignment was as a Captain with the 30th Field Artillery Regiment as the Regimental Technical Adjutant. Guns go “boom,” or so he’s told us. He found all of this too manly, and decided to move south to Wisconsin to avoid the harsh winters. Writing came naturally to Don. He had signed several papers before, and had even authored several post-it notes (the yellow ones.)

Don is writing again, but not a lot. He’s easing back into it, after changing his life dramatically. He’s got a vampire novel in his head that he swears he will get onto the keyboard sometime soon!
